xbox has the dashboard but my controller wont connect do i have to go back to best buy to replace my controller after waiting 4weeks for them to fiix my 360?

You have to resync the controller the xbox. There is a small round button next to the 2 memory card ports on the front and a small button on the controller next to the port where you plug in the headset.





Press both at the same time. It should resync.

No, they will be 100% fine, it's just the xbox that has the RRoD. You might want to get a plug n play / play while you charge kit or two though!





If you've got the console back and are having trouble getting the two to work together again, then you just need to put them back in sync with each other. If this is the case, just follow th girl above's answer and you'll be golden.
