Is it beatter to turn off your xbox 360 by controller or by the button.?

hi, i was wondering. What is beatter to turn off and on your xbox 360 with controller or by the xbox button.Is it beatter to turn off your xbox 360 by controller or by the button.?
I find it to be better to turn it off via the console, just so I remember to get up and unplug it when I am done playing. There is no real benefit from doing it one way over the other, however.Is it beatter to turn off your xbox 360 by controller or by the button.?
If you have a wireless controller plugged into the console, and you turn it off using the controller then the console will go into a standby like mode and charge the controller fully then turn itself off automatically. I am not sure if it does the same if you push the button on the console or not.
