Is the Logitech Chillstream a good controller compared to Xbox 360 Controller for PC?

I was going to buy the Logitech Chillstream which is basically a copy of the Xbox 360 controller. Since most ';Games for Windows'; use the Xbox 360 controller, will the Logitech Chillstream be compatible as well?





Or am I better off buying an Xbox 360 controller?





Chillstream is about $25 whereas Xbox 360 ranges around $40
